MUFFINS DE CHOCO

Buenos días o buenas tardes según a quien jaja, espero que estéis dispuestos a llenar la barriga porque traigo una receta...uf, no tiene explicación, lo mejor es que probéis y veáis lo que os digo, es de lo más chocolateado posible, lleva cacao polvo, chips de choco grandes y pequeños, cuando se deshagan en el horno veréis como quedan.
Tengo algo pendiente de enseñaros pero ya dentro de unos días, hoy os dejo con esto para que vayáis probando.

Ingredientes

115g de mantequilla
150g de chocolate troceado
325g de harina
1 cucharadita de levadura
1 cucharadita de bicarbonato
1/2 cucharadita de sal
1 cdt vainilla
125g de azúcar moreno
2 huevos
180ml leche
2cd cacao polvo
1cdt zumo de limón

Preparación
Precalentamos el horno a 180º.

Mezclamos la leche con el zumo y dejamos reposar 5-10 minutos.
En otro bol, tamizamos juntos todos los ingredientes secos: harina, sal, levadura, bicarbonato, cacao. Reservamos.
Mezclamos mantequilla con el azúcar. A continuación incorporamos los huevos, la leche, la vainilla y, finalmente, con ayuda de una espátula, incorporamos la harina.
Añadimos los trozos de chocolate.
Horneamos 25min.

    1 cup (220g) Chelsea White Sugar
    1 cup (110g) standard flour
    6 Tbsp cocoa powder
    2 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp vanilla essence
    2/3 cup (160 ml) milk
    2/3 cup (150 g) butter, melted
    120g chocolate chips (optional)
Method
    Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease or line 6 extra large muffin tins or 12-15 medium muffin tins.
    Beat the eggs and Chelsea Sugar.
    In a separate bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder.  Add this dry mix to eggs and sugar.
    Add the vanilla essence, milk and melted butter.
    Fold in the melted butter. Add chocolate chips (please note that these might end up in the bottom of the muffin).
    Bake until a wooden skewer is inserted in the center and comes out clean (approx 30 minutes for XL muffins, approx 20 minutes for medium size muffins).
